Company Introduction Established in 1988, Acelon is a specialist in synthetic yarn manufacturing in Taiwan. It is a public listed & limited joint stock company and currently has 400 well-trained employees, 3 factories offering 75 thousand tones of yarns per year. Acelon is devoted to research and development and flexible production for POY, HOY, FDY, DTY and ATY, including functional , eco-friendly and bi-component yarns. There are multiple functions such as anti-bacterial, abrasion resistant, flame retardant, antistatic and thermal managing properties in its production range. Acelon has, too, made sustainability key to its made-in-Taiwan production. The latest sustainable product, the AceEco-Bio410, a bio based nylon yarn derived from castor oil, has lower carbon footprint compare to other petroleum based nylon yarn. Other sustainable products include AceColorEco, which is created by utilizing waste and solution dyes. Dope dyed color and using recycled materials are the key technical elements applied in this product. Acelon obtained the ISO 9001 certification since 1996 and continuously upgraded system to ISO9001:2008 certification latest in 2012. To make sure the yarns cause no hazard to the environment and human body, the products are OEKO-TEX® standard 100 certificated since 2004.
