- Company Introduction Changxing Liwei Textile Co., Ltd., a glittering textile star on the rise in Taihu Lake. The company was founded in 1999 and is a professional textile enterprise that combines R&D, design, production, and sales. It is currently divided into two factories in different locations: Changxing and Wuhe. Changxing's factory is located in Changxing County's Hongqiao Town Industrial Park and covers an area of 20,000 sqm. Wuhe's factory, which covers an area of 50,000sqm, is located in the Wuhe Economic Development Zone. The company has 10 sets of warping equipment, 12 texturing machines, 1000 water-jet looms, 20 German Karl Mayer warp knitting machines, 20 double-needle bed warp knitting machines, 12 bleaching and dyeing cylinders, and 3 setting lines, all based on "high-tech enterprise relying on digitalization and informatization." From raw material processing to finished product distribution, a complete industrial chain was established. Today, Liwei, sticking to the creative management philosophy, sets higher standards for the quality of technology and processes. The company has won various honors, and has received unanimous customer and societal acceptance. Liwei now focuses on the manufacturing of various handcraft items, cultivating three key fields: Karl Mayer warp knitted fabric, double-needle bed warp knitted fabric, and water-jet fabric. Karl Mayer warp knitted fabric includes spandex super soft velvet, crystal super soft velvet, Korean velvet, super poly, tricot brush,imitation velvet, dazzle faric, aloba, loop velvet, and poly cord, with an annual production of 6,000 tons. This also includes thicker fabric such as flannel fleece, coral fleece, PV fleece, and rabbit fleece. Meanwhile, water-jet looms create an estimate annual output of 150 million meters, including minimatt ,pongee, microfiber,oxford and satin. The company can create a product structure with all requirements and functions.
