We would like to inform you about the seminar program for Preview in Seoul (PIS) 2025 as outlined below.
Companies or organizations interested in hosting a seminar are kindly requested to submit an application by June 13(Fri), 2025, using the below link.

Overview: PIS 2025 Seminar Program

📌 Seminar Schedule (3 Days) - Day 1: Wednesday, August 20, 2025 | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (up to 4 hours)
- Day 2: Thursday, August 21, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (up to 2 hours), 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (up to 4 hours)
- Day 3: Friday, August 22, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (up to 2 hours), 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (up to 4 hours)

📌 Venue (COEX 3F Conference Rooms – 5 rooms) - Room E1&E2: 361㎡, 160 seats
- Room E3&E4: 323㎡, 150 seats
- Room E5: 369㎡, 160 seats
- Room E6: 323㎡, 150 seats
- Room E7: 137㎡, 70 seats
* Room allocation will be arranged by the PIS Secretariat.

- Room E7: Podium (1), Wired/Wireless Microphones (2 each), Beam Projector (1)

* Details regarding equipment rental, interpretation services, etc., will be provided after the seminar schedule is confirmed.

Free of Charge: Seminar venue rental, tables/chairs, microphone, projector, podium
Paid Items: Printed materials such as banners, backdrops, handouts, and other additional equipment

<Important Information>
✅ Seminar Applications Are Limited to PIS 2025 Exhibitors. Only companies or organizations participating in PIS 2025 are eligible to host seminars (excluding a few invited speakers).
After your online submission, the PIS Secretariat will inform you by June 20(Fri), 2025. regarding the approval, assigned schedule,
room allocation, additional equipment requests, and interpretation needs.

✅ New Seminar Application Process This year, seminar applications will be collected centrally through the official PIS homepage, replacing the previous method where each company submitted directly. Individual admin access will be granted to each organizer for real-time viewing and downloading of application data related to their seminar. The PIS Secretariat will oversee and manage the overall seminar registration system. Further instructions will be provided soon.

✅ Please Share Your Seminar Plan in Advance We kindly ask for your cooperation in submitting the detailed seminar plan (moderator, program schedule, etc.) using the form that will be provided by the Secretariat.

✅ Notify Us at Least 2 Months in Advance for Cancellations/Changes In case of unavoidable seminar cancellations or changes, please notify us by June 20(Fri), 2025. Late cancellations or changes may affect eligibility for future participation in PIS seminars and exhibitions.

✅ Share Post-Seminar Results with the Secretariat Please submit a summary of the seminar results, including the final attendance list and photos, using the official format provided by the PIS Secretariat.
