These companies will present a variety of fashion tech technologies and products, such as 3D design, AI design, and platforms.

Furthermore, the PIS organizers are preparing a range of events to propose a vision for a sustainable, circular textile economy and new directions for digital fashion in response to global environmental changes. These events include the K-textile·K-Designer Collaboration Fashion Shows and Global Seminars.

The fashion show, involving collaborations between 50 domestic material companies and global rising designers, will be held on August 21st (Wednesday) at 11:00am and 15:00pm, and on August 22nd (Thursday) at 11:00am. Designers such as ULKIN's Seongdong Lee, RE RHEE's Junebok Rhee, and MAISON NICA's Monica Koh are expected to enhance the global marketing power of K-Materials with their creativity.

Additionally, on August 21st and 22nd, Global Seminar will be held at the COEX Conference Center, featuring renowned experts from the textile and fashion industries. The seminar will cover three main topics: "Foundations for Sustainable Growth," "Accelerating Digital Transformation," and "Global Market Insights," with a total of 17 sessions providing the latest market trends and insights.

One of the key priorities for the PIS organizers is to strengthen practical business matching between premium overseas buyers and participating companies. Global fashion brands such as Burberry, Benetton, Club Monaco, Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, and Forever 21, along with prominent brands in the athleisure and sports markets like Lululemon, Decathlon, and Li-ning are expected to attend.

To enhance business consultation outcomes for domestic and international participants, the “Digital Show” online exhibition platform will allow overseas buyers to schedule pre-arranged consultations with domestic companies, thereby reinforcing 1:1 business matchmaking on-site.

Despite the global economic downturn, PIS has continued to grow, establishing itself as a premier global exhibition, in contrast to other textile and fashion exhibitions experiencing a decline in participation.

    * Preview in Seoul: 87% increase in exhibition size (304 companies in '15 570 companies in '24)

Moreover, PIS is evolving into a networking business platform that inspires buyers by incorporating global trends such as a circular economy and sustainability into its exhibition structure and emphasizing the importance of digital transformation with the AI Fashion Tech Pavilion and K-Textile and K-Fashion collaboration promotions.

To effectively promote participating companies, the PIS organizers will utilize various content formats, including promotional videos and newsletters, to actively promote through domestic and international media outlets and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Additionally, PIS plans to undertake diverse marketing strategies in collaboration with related organizations such as Messe Frankfurt (Germany, Paris, NYC, Hong Kong) and the Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF).
