COVID-19 related PIS 2020 Refund Policy

1. In case the exhibition canceled due to force majeure such as natural disaster. The organizer shall refund total registration fee paid by the exhibitors (Terms & Conditions : Article 8(Force majeure)).

2. In case the overseas exhibitors cancel the participation due to Korean and local government’s COVID-19 measures, such as self-isolation, immigration prohibition and so on. The organizer shall refund total registration fee paid by the exhibitors.

※  In case the cancellation of participation due to exhibitors’ change of mind and personal reasons, cancellation penalty shall be paid according to the time of cancellation(Terms & Conditions: Article 7(Cancellation charges)).

    ① Cancellation until May 31, 2020: No penalty (100% of the total payment shall be refunded)

    ② Cancellation from June 1 to June 30, 2020: 50% of the total payment must be paid

    ③ Cancellation from July 1 to July 30, 2020: 70% of the total payment must be paid

    ④ Cancellation after August 1, 2020: 100% of the total payment must be paid
