Korea Textile Industry Federation (Chairman Lee Sang-woon) is recruiting exhibitors for the “Preview in SEOUL (PIS) 2021” at COEX (Hall A) on September 1-3, 2021.
PIS, launched in 2000, will be held for the 22nd time this year with the aim of expanding exports and domestic demand by revitalizing the textile and fashion business. About 300 companies including differentiated yarns, eco-friendly and functional materials, subsidiary materials, textile machinery, fashion and clothing participate in PIS, and is Korea's representative global textile &fashion business platform, visited by 9,000 key buyers of fashion industry every year.
PIS 2021 will be held as an on-site exhibition and digital show (online exhibition)'two track' in the ongoing pandemic situation. By opening the online show in advance, buyers can check exhibit items in advance and have meetings at the offline exhibition. In addition, online video conference will be arranged for buyers who cannot visit the offline event,
PIS plans a separate eco-friendly forum by expanding the participation of sustainable companies, and emphasizing the characteristics of eco-friendly exhibitions while enhancing the convenience of visitors by granting the'Sustainable' mark. I plan to do it.
The'Premium Zone', which is composed of companies participating in major overseas exhibitions, will give buyers inspiration and show recent textile&fashion innovation.
The Digital Show section, built on the PIS website, upgrades the online exhibition shown last year. Online showrooms are provided for each company, and exhibitors can directly upload and promote products in the form of photos/videos in the showroom, and buyers can search for products by category/keyword, store interest companies/items, and even request a one-stop consultation. It is done.
In addition, in order to expand on-offline visits of leading domestic and foreign buyers and minimize mismatching, invited buyers are received when recruiting exhibitors, and customized matching is supported by classifying the targets for on-site visits and video/agent counseling from the initial stage It is planning to improve order performance.
This year, PIS is expected to provide a variety of market development opportunities and an opportunity to share the latest industry trends to textile fashion companies.
